All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours except for weekends where we send all weekend orders on Monday. Once sent, we will send you a confirmation that your parcel has been shipped. If there is any delay in shipping we will notify you by email or phone.
We use Australia Post for both standard & express shipping. Please note that some smaller parcels sent through Australia Post do not have tracking available. Please verify your address before completing your order. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, but if you provide an incorrect address, then we are not responsible for this error.
Usually incorrect address mistakes are from Address Autofill of a previous address or missing Street details and/or Apartment/Unit number. Again, we are NOT responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrectly inputted addresses on orders. In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due incorrect address, non-collection, or no contact from the customer after the card has been left by Australia Post a re-delivery fee of $8.95 for Standard Post ($13.00 for Express post) will be charged to have this item sent back to you.

Express Post Shipping to most capital cities and surrounds are next day delivery. Please allow an extra day or two for Perth, Darwin and country areas.
