ITEM AVAILABILITY

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.

If an item is out of stock, but delivery of stock is expected, then a dispatch date is given above the add to cart button.

Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock. You will be notified if any items are out of stock, if stock is delayed any further.

EXPECTED DISPATCH DATE

Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.

We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30 DAY POSTAGE PAID RETURNS

We offer 30 day postage paid returns. To be eligible you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must not be opened or used and must be returned to us in a sellable condition.

On notification of a return, we will email you a standard Australia Post label for you to print out and lodge at your local post office.

We will not issue a store credit or an exchange until we receive the item from you in a sellable condition. You will be notified via email when we receive it.

The exchange will be in the format of store credit.

FAULTY ITEMS

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.

REFUNDS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
